Central Singapore CDC administers social assistance schemes under ComCare Fund to help needy families and individuals achieve self-reliance and financial independence. This is achieved via direct assistance or by linking needy residents to community resources, referrals to other government agencies, Voluntary Welfare Organisations (VWOs) and self-help groups.

Employment Services
Central Singapore CDC provides direct job-matching services for residents who are currently unemployed and seeking work. We also provide recruitment assistance to employers who are seeking candidates to fill the vacancies in their companies.
Apart from job placement services, Central Singapore CDC also helps job-seekers with training and skills upgrading courses, and prepares them to be job ready.
