Student Care Centres
"There is no one to look after my children before and after their school, as we are all working."

Student Care Centres provide before and after school care of children between aged 7 to 13.  Applications through centres.  (Families with difficulties paying for the fees, may approach the centre's supervisor to apply for the Student Fees' Subsidy Scheme.  Only eligible families be assisted.)            
            
Youth Centres/Organisations
"My neighbour's teenagers are always roaming around. It will be good to have some good activities for them."

Youth Centres organise events and programmes for the youths-at-risk.  These are the young persons exposed to and susceptible to negative influences in their environment.
